Click & Collect (Online orders only)

How do I place an order?

Add your selected products to your basket and simply check out by clicking on the basket top right of the screen, you will see slider showing your goods here you can click on ‘check out’. Select your collection day / 15 minute slot, and go through to the payment process.

How do I create an account?

Once your first order has been successful your account will automatically be set-up, thereafter you can login at anytime via My Account

How do I book a collection slot online?

We have made it very simple, at check out choose a day / 15 minute collection time slot, pop along to pick up your order at your selected time.

What days can I collect?

We are open Monday – Friday, 9.30am – 5.30pm all year round except for Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day.

Simply choose day and a 15 minute time slot to book your collection time at the checkout.

How do I collect my order?

Please come round to our reception desk where you can collect your order. Please bring some ID showing your billing address and your order number.

What products aren't available for 'Click & Collect'?

Our Lamb and Beef ranges are only available to purchase via telephone orders, please call our sales office on +44 (0)1322 344550 to arrange a ‘Click & Collect’ service or if required delivery (with additional delivery charge, quote supplied per order).

Why is delivery only available for telephone orders only?

We charge delivery cost individually per order, please call our sales office for a quote on +44 (0)1322 344550 or via email at sales@edenvalleygroup.co.uk

Delivery is only available for telephone orders and not for our online ‘Click & Collect’.
